Poor service

My experience was very poor. I hope it is an isolated case. Very slow processing of the order meant that it was not dispatched for over a week after the order was placed, and as the telephone number given on the website is out of service, it was very difficult to cancel the order. My experience is that emailed requests are also not an effective way to communicate with this company.
